Terms of use

Last updated: 25 September 2026

These terms cover your use of FAINTASY at www.playfaintasy.com, run by MANNAT INC ("we", "us"). By using FAINTASY you accept them. Contact: privacy@playfaintasy.com.

1. What FAINTASY is

FAINTASY gives projections and suggestions to help you manage your Fantasy Premier League team. It is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Premier League or Fantasy Premier League. "Premier League" and "Fantasy Premier League" are trade marks of their owners.

2. Advice is guidance, not a guarantee

Projections are estimates, and football is unpredictable. Suggestions can be wrong, and data from third parties can be late or wrong. You make every decision in your FPL team.

Saving a plan in FAINTASY does not change your FPL team. Transfers, captaincy and chips only take effect when you make them in the official FPL app before the deadline.

FAINTASY is not betting or gambling advice, and must not be used for it.

3. Your account

4. Fair use

Don't:

We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Pilot and free access

FAINTASY is currently free and in testing. Features may change, stop or be added. If paid plans are introduced, their price and what they include will be shown clearly before you pay, and these terms will be updated.

6. Content and ownership

We own the FAINTASY software, design and model. You own the feedback text you write, and you let us use it to improve the product. FPL data belongs to its owners.

7. Liability

FAINTASY is provided "as is", without warranties of accuracy or availability. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss of FPL points, rank, prizes, or any indirect loss arising from using FAINTASY. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Changes and ending

We may update these terms and will post the new version with its date. You can stop using FAINTASY at any time. We may end the service with reasonable notice where we can.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA. If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you keep the protection of your local consumer law, and you can bring claims in your local courts.
