FAINTASY ("we", "us") is a fantasy football decision tool at www.playfaintasy.com, run by MANNAT INC, based in Des Plaines, Illinois, USA. For anything about your data, email privacy@playfaintasy.com.
FAINTASY is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Premier League or Fantasy Premier League.
What we collect, and why

Without an account, FAINTASY stores your squad and settings only in your own browser, and sends us nothing except feedback if you choose to send it.
We do not sell your personal data. We don't use advertising trackers or show ads.
FPL data
Player, fixture and points data come from Fantasy Premier League's public data. Your Team ID lets us read your public FPL team, which FPL already publishes. We never ask for your FPL password.
Who processes your data for us
- Supabase: database and login. Servers in the United States (us-east-2).
- Vercel: website hosting.
These providers act on our instructions under their data processing terms. Because your data is stored in the United States, transfers from the UK or EU rely on those providers' standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
How long we keep it
- Account data, saved plans and advice records: until you delete your account.
- Feedback: up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Spam-protection hashes: only as long as needed for the rate limit, and at most 30 days.
- Anonymous learning data: kept, because it can't be linked back to you.
Your rights
You can:
- Export your data at any time: Me → Export my data gives you a file with your profile, saved plans and advice records.
- Delete your account at any time: Me → Delete my account. This removes your login, profile, saved plans, advice records and signed-in feedback. The anonymous learning data stays, because it holds no link to you.
- Switch off AI learning at any time on Me.
If you're in the UK or EU, you also have the right to access, correct, restrict or object to our use of your data. You can complain to your data protection authority; in the UK, that's the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). Please contact us first at privacy@playfaintasy.com and we'll respond within one month.
Children
FAINTASY is not meant for anyone under 16. We don't knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We'll post any change here with a new date. If a change affects how we use data you've already given us, we'll tell you in the app first.
